Santa’s Grotto Terms & Conditions

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your purchased time slot
  • Ensure that your tickets purchased are for the correct number of people
  • All children wishing to see Santa must have a ticket
  • Tickets include one small gift
  • Adults may attend with children at no cost
  • Tickets must be used for the purchased time slot, on the correct day
  • Any late arrivals will be required to wait until the next available slot. If you arrive after your slot, and all slots are booked whilst we will endeavour to fit you in, if none are become available, no refund will be offered
  • Tickets purchased online are non-transferable
  • Any cancellations will be refunded less the booking fee
  • If changes to lockdown, both national and/or local mean that the Ginger Cow Company Ltd is required to postpone the event, the event will be moved to the first possible dates in December 2021, and you will be offered to transfer your ticket to the new date or a refund if you are unable to attend, less booking fees
  • If changes to lockdown, both national and/or local mean that the Ginger Cow Company Ltd is required to cancel the event and it is not able to be rescheduled in December 2021, you will be notified and issued a full refund, less booking fees
  • Any local and national COVID regulations apply, and must be adhered to at all times for everyone’s safety

 

Christmas Tree Terms & Conditions:

  • Pre-orders are only confirmed with transfer of full payment – please use your invoice number as your reference
  • We will contact you to arrange collection on a pre-arranged date and approximate time
  • If delivery is required this must be confirmed at time of purchase – delivery terms & conditions apply
  • Free delivery available up to 10 miles for trees ordered before 5th November
  • We will contact you to arrange delivery, and if the delivery slot is inconvenient, we will offer the option to collect or to leave in a safe place instead
  • If you are not available for delivery on the pre-arranged date, we will try to contact you and either leave it in a safe place, or take it back with us for you to arrange collection at a later date
  • We cannot be held responsible for trees delivered where no one available to take receipt of them
  • Any afternoon teas ordered for delivery or collection are bound by the same terms, and purchasers accept responsibility for keeping them at the appropriate temperature prior to consumption
